This all began the day I looked in the mirror and realized being 50 pounds overweight would no longer do. It wasn’t just that I wasn’t doing anything about being physically fit; Wasn’t even on my mind actually and I was having no real health “issues,” but I was now over 40 and starting to feel the drag that those extra 50 pounds cost me in mobility, flexibility, strength and speed during various tasks in my everyday work and home life. I embarked on some dietary changes with a nutritionist, began a program of physical fitness on a 4-7 times weekly basis with ever increasing resistance, strength, mobility and flexibility training with various experts and what I learned was this: You have to challenge yourself to go even further when it comes to your health and physical fitness.  You have to learn not how to build a routine, but rather how to design and implement a goal-oriented health, nutrition and fitness action plan that continually challenges you and your body and makes you the strongest, fittest, healthiest that you can be at every stage of life.

Now I am certified in what I have learned and I want to teach you how you can implement these actions in your life that positively impact your health and fitness and how you feel about yourself. I want you to enjoy the kind of physiological, nutritional and emotional health that you can bring to your life when you Challenge Yourself to go further, whether you are in need of:
